8 Days Wildlife Tour Ethiopia

The variety of species and their uniqueness in Africa is one of the Great Attractions of Ethiopia’s wildlife heritage. with about 320 species of mammals including 36 endemics, Ethiopia has one of the most diverse mammalians faunas in Africa. Celebrating this diversity in a national park wildlife brand “Ethiopia -home of the unique seven “which refers to seven Distinctive and Endemics large mammals found only in Ethiopia: Ethiopian Wolf, Mountain Nyala, Walia Ibex, Menelik’s bushbuck, Swayne’s hartebeest, Gelada Baboon, and Bale Monkey.

Day 1

Drive from Addis Abeba or fly to Bale Robe, arrival time will be in the afternoon then a walk-in real wilderness of the Bale Mountains National Park Northern Open Woodland looking for an Endemic mammal.

Day 02

Hiking via the beautiful landscapes and the largest Afro-alpine to the next campsite which is so different in terms of habitats and wildlife

  • Key Animals: Mountain Nyala, Menelik’s bushbuck, Grey Duiker.
  • Habitat: Erica Belt
  • Overnight: Adele campsite

Day 3

A long walk to web Valley through the beautiful Afro-alpine meadows looking for one of the most endangered species of Wolf and different migratory birds, here is the day we start our best landscapes

  • Key Animals: Ethiopian wolf, Mountain nyala, Serval cat
  • Overnight: Sodota Campsite

Day 4

Again through the magnificent landscape experience of a lifetime heading to the next destination of our beautiful campsite, except to see Ethiopian Wolf and Caracal, serval cat.

  • Habitat: Afro-alpine
  • Overnight: Wassama Campsite

Day 5

There is the day we gonna say woow where everything is special Rafu Rock Lava an amazing experience, by the time you get there you going to jump from rock to rock like klipspringer.

  • Habitat: Afro-alpine

Day 6

After breakfast hiking on one of the largest Afro-alpine in the entire of Africa meets and greets one of the Rarest Canine species in the world the Ethiopian wolf and so many different species of birds beside wildlife and bird watching the landscapes themselves breathtaking.

  • Key Animals: Ethiopian wolf, Klipspringer, Rock Hyraxs, Abyssinian hare
  • Overnight: Garba Guracha

Day 7

The vehicle will wait for us at the Escarpment of the Afro-alpine and we will load our gears to the vehicle and head to the remaining tropical rain forest of Harenna after we settled Down we will go for a night game drive looking for.

  • Key Animals: Abyssinian black manned lion, leopard, Giant forest hog, bushpig.
  • Overnight: Camping at Harenna forest
  • Habitat: tropical rainforest

Day 8

Drive back to Robe via escarpment and Afro-alpine one this day might we are going to see the Ethiopian wolf again so many bird species we will discover it. Then fly back home or to Addis Abeba
